Prices and General Conditions
THE RATES ARE INDICATED IN EUROS FOR A MINIMUM STAY OF 7 DAYS. But that’s not all. Our management is committed to maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests. To ensure this, we enforce domestic authority. We reserve the right to refuse entry or evict guests who violate our campground rules or cause damage. Thank you for your trust and cooperation!
Rules
To ensure the comfort and well-being of all guests, we have a few rules in place:
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the bungalows. Please refrain from throwing cigarette butts out of windows.
- Visitors are not allowed.
- Only one person at a time is permitted to enter the reception for check-in. The designated person must bring identification documents for all family members.
- Pets are not allowed for hygienic reasons. We appreciate your understanding.
All Bungalows Feature:
- TV with satellite channels
- Private bathroom with WC, shower, and washbasin
- Kitchenette equipped with electric hob, kitchen sink, fridge, utensils, and tableware
- Bed linen
The Prices Include:
- Weekly change of bed linen
- Use of shared facilities, including sanitary facilities, laundry, bar, children’s playground, shared marquee tent in summer, and ski room in winter
- Car parking in the designated area at the campsite entrance
Fee-Based Services:
- Token for washing machine / tumble dryer: €10.00
- WI-FI connection
- Ski bus service to Dolomiti Superski slopes during the winter season. The cable car is only 300 m away! Prices are as follows:
- 7 days: €7.50
- 3 days: €6.00
- 1 day: €3.50
- Children under 14 years old: FREE OF CHARGE
Extras:
- Local tourist tax: €1.40 per person/day (as of 01.01.2023 / €2.30) for guests over 14 years old. The tax is payable upon departure and will be specified in the invoice.
- Final cleaning: €50.00
Check-In and Check-Out
Bungalows are available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival until 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
Booking Guarantee
To secure your reservation, the deposit must be paid within 3 days of booking. Once we receive your payment and send a written confirmation, your reservation will be binding.
Payment Modes
We offer the following payment options:
- Cash (preferably)
- Visa (Diners and American Express not accepted)
Cancellation Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to the need for cancellation. While the Consumer Code does not provide the right of withdrawal, we’ve established the following cancellation terms:
- Cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival: 100% deposit refund
- Cancellation between 29 and 10 days prior to arrival: deposit retained
- Cancellation between 9 and 1 day prior to arrival: deposit retained, and 90% of the cost of the stay charged
- No-show: 100% of the cost of the stay will be charged
We recommend obtaining travel insurance to cover the risks of cancellation, interruption, or delayed arrival.
